Here I will share some of the recipes that I have been working on for many years. Some are recipes passed down from family members for generations, some are new recipes that I have tried and then altered with my own New Orleans twist. I will add new ones periodically. I'd like feedback from anyone who tries any of these recipes. Let me know how you and your friends/family enjoyed these dishes and if you add or change any ingredients.
Many people have asked what I use to catalog and write recipes. I use 2 great programs for putting the recipes in proper format, MacGourmet (Mac) and MasterCook Deluxe 9 (Windows).
